AST's DC meter achieves UL certification

The DC meter from AST International GmbH has been successfully certified in accordance with the North American safety standards of UL (Underwriters Laboratories) (UL 61010-1).

UL is a renowned, independent organization that sets strict safety standards for various industries and awards certifications for products that meet these high standards. This certification is a milestone for AST International as it enables the company to integrate the sensors into DC charging stations in the North American market.

With the certification, AST International's DC meters not only fulfill the requirements of UL, but also the already passed calibration law relevant requirements and safety standards of the MID certification, such as the German calibration law. The approval according to French regulations (Décision n° 22.00.570.001.1 du 1er mars 2022) will be completed by mid-June.
